Abstract

The article offers the authors' insight on intervention in traumatized nonprofit organizations and awareness on organization's conditions after experiencing traumatization. Topics include the definition of a highly mission-driven organization and the missions of nonprofit organizations, the view of financier Howard Stein on trauma which is an emotional experience of a person, and a table showing the characteristics of traumatized systems.
